What we offer

Repair & maintenance, done properly

Diagnostics

We find the actual fault before recommending anything.

Repairs

On furnaces, heat pumps, air conditioners and water heaters.

Seasonal tune-ups

Heating in fall, cooling in spring, to catch small problems early.

Honest repair-or-replace advice

If a repair doesn't make sense on an older unit, we'll say so and show you why.

Who this is for

Is this right for your home?

  • Anyone whose system has stopped working or is acting up
  • Homeowners who haven't had a tune-up in over a year
  • People deciding whether to repair or replace
  • New owners of a home with unknown equipment

Signs it's time

Worth a closer look if…

  • No heat or no cooling
  • New noises, smells or short cycling
  • A tripped breaker or pilot that won't stay lit
  • Higher bills with no change in usage
  • Water or ice around the equipment
  • It's been more than a year since the last service

Upgrade or stay put

What changes, and what doesn't

Real costs depend on your home, so we don't publish guesses. Your written package puts actual numbers on both options.

If you stay put

Small faults left alone tend to become bigger repairs, and neglected equipment works harder and uses more energy.

If you upgrade

Regular maintenance keeps equipment efficient, extends its life and helps protect manufacturer warranty coverage.

Rebates & financing

Rebates and repairs

  • Repairs and maintenance are not covered by Ontario's Home Renovation Savings program.
  • If a repair points to replacing the system, a cold-climate air-source heat pump can qualify for up to $2,000 in a home heated with Enbridge natural gas, or up to $7,500 in a home heated with electricity, oil, propane or wood.
  • We will tell you which rebates, if any, apply before you decide.

Amounts as listed by the Home Renovation Savings program in September 2026. The program administrator makes the final decision on eligibility. Official sources: Save on Energy

Financing

Spread the cost of your upgrade over time. Financing is available to qualifying customers, subject to lender approval and applicable terms, and is set out in your written package.

FAQ

Repair & maintenance questions

More answers on the FAQ page, or ask during your consultation.

Do you service equipment you didn't install?

Yes. We service most major brands regardless of who installed them.

How often should I book a tune-up?

Once a year for each system: heating in the fall and cooling in the spring. Heat pumps benefit from both.

Will you just try to sell me a new system?

No. When a repair makes sense, we repair. When it doesn't, we explain why in writing and let you decide.

What should I have ready?

The make, model and age of the equipment if you know them, and a description of what's happening.
