Information you give us, for example on our consultation form or by phone: your name, phone number, email address, postal code, and details about your home and the upgrades you're interested in.
Energy bills and usage details you share for your consultation, such as copies of your electricity and gas bills, so we can review your home's energy signature and time of use.
Details we need to prepare and carry out your package, such as equipment information, measurements and photos of your home.
Basic technical information that our website host records automatically, such as your IP address and browser type. We don't use advertising trackers on this site.

How we use it

To respond to your request and schedule your consultation.
To prepare quotes, carry out work, and provide warranty service and aftercare.
To help you apply for rebate or incentive programs, but only when you ask us to.
To send service reminders or updates, but only if you've agreed to receive them.

Consent

By submitting our form, you agree to let us contact you about your request by phone, text or email. You can withdraw that consent at any time by telling us, or by replying STOP to a text message.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only when we need to:

with service providers that help us run our business, such as our website and form host, and only for that purpose;
with equipment manufacturers, to register your warranty;
with rebate or incentive program administrators, when you ask us to apply on your behalf;
when the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep your information only as long as we need it for the purposes above, including warranty and legal record-keeping. Then we delete it securely.
